Through years of practicing family law, I have witnessed a pattern that extends far beyond legal matters. Many high-achieving professionals appear successful on the outside while feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from their lives. 

Continuously observing this inspired me to explore the relationship between emotional intelligence, nervous system health, and professional performance. I became a Certified Somatic Practitioner, transforming my understanding of growth, leadership, resilience, and the importance of feeling aligned.

Today, my work combines legal expertise, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and somatic practice to help individuals navigate life with greater clarity and self-trust.
